Abstract This study aims to examine the importance and performance analysis using a diagonal regression approach. Scale measurement used semantic differential. The of coefficient was map coordinates balance assessments with an estimation data spread standard error at rate 5%. results indicate that there are 5 strategic areas IPA: high priority be improved, (ISO-IPA), low priority, keep up good performance, possible waste resources indicator.
